This policy explains what personal data YW Istanbul (also known as YouthWorks) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to answer your enquiries and to understand how the site is used.
Who we are
YW Istanbul (YouthWorks) is an independent creative advertising agency with studios in Istanbul (Akaretler, Beşiktaş) and London (WC2E 9LA). For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@ywistanbul.com.
What we collect
Contact form. When you submit the form on our Contact page we receive the details you provide — your name, company/role, email address and your message. The submission is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device and referral information). Analytics is set with cookies and similar technologies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on a possible working relationship. We use analytics only in aggregate, to improve the site’s content and performance. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that operate this site on our behalf: FormSubmit (contact-form delivery) and Google (Analytics). Each processes data under its own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies for the purposes described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Essential functioning of the site does not depend on analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under Türkiye’s KVKK and the UK/EU GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@ywistanbul.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
