YW Istanbul, also known as YouthWorks, is an independent AI-native creative agency founded by Serhat and Seden Gürcü. Strategy, creative, and production sit in one room. Studios in Istanbul and London. Not part of any holding network.
Who founded YW Istanbul?
Serhat Gürcü and Seden Gürcü, co-founders. Seden leads YW as Agency President. Serhat leads Adin.AI, a fully independent company that started as a project inside YW.
Is YW Istanbul the same as VML or Y&R?
No. YW Istanbul is independent. Not affiliated with VML, Y&R, or any holding network. The name similarity is coincidental.
What does “YW” stand for?
YW comes from YouthWorks, the original name of the agency. The brand evolved into YW as it moved beyond youth marketing into AI-native creative work.

What is the relationship between YW and Adin.AI?
YW and Adin.AI are fully independent companies. Adin.AI started in 2021 as an independent AI project inside YW, launched by Serhat and Seden Gürcü. It became a separate legal entity in 2022. Today Adin.AI is a Delaware C-Corp led by Serhat Gürcü, operating as enterprise AI marketing infrastructure. YW is led by Seden Gürcü as Agency President. Same founders, two independent companies with separate operations. Adin.AI is an AI operating system built for large advertisers, letting them manage all their ad investment from a single screen. It is used by leading brands such as L'Oréal, Vodafone and Türkiye İş Bankası, across 17 countries.
Is YW the same as the old YouthWorks?
Yes. YouthWorks rebranded to YW. Same founders, same DNA, refreshed positioning. The agency is now AI-native and serves a broader market than youth alone.
What is Studio Brave?
Studio Brave, also known as Brave New World, is YW's AI production studio in London. It produces AI-native film and visual work for YW's London output.
