What is YouthWorks (YW)?
YouthWorks (YW) is an independent AI creative agency in Istanbul, led by Co-Founder & Agency President Seden Gürcü. Strategy, creative and production sit in one room. Expertise comes first and AI amplifies it, so brands get the work faster and at lower cost. Not part of any holding network.
Who leads YW?
Seden Gürcü, Co-Founder & Agency President, leads YW end to end. She is involved at every stage, from strategy and creative to production and client relationships, and sets the agency's direction and the long-term partnerships it builds with brands.
Is YW part of VML or Y&R?
No. YouthWorks (YW) is an independent creative agency in Türkiye. It is not affiliated with VML, Y&R or any holding network. The name similarity is coincidental. YW makes its own decisions and works with brands directly.
What does “YW” stand for?
YW is short for YouthWorks. YouthWorks is the brand; YW is the short form we use every day. The name comes from youth marketing, but today the agency creates AI-enabled creative work for brands across many categories.
Is YW the same as YouthWorks?
Yes. YouthWorks is the brand and YW is its short form. Same founders, same agency DNA. What has changed is the role AI plays in the work. The agency now serves a much broader range of brands than youth marketing alone.
What is the relationship between YW and Adin.AI?
Adin.AI is one of our clients. It is an independent company with its own management and team, and we work with it the way we work with every client: as its agency.

What makes YW different from other AI creative agencies?
Expertise first, AI second. YW brings 20+ years of advertising experience: brand strategy, big-brand discipline and creative craft. AI does not replace that; it amplifies it. YW started working with AI in 2021 and uses it across the whole process, from research to production, not just to generate images and videos. AI is only as good as the people using it.

The Creative Intelligence System is YW's in-house agentic workflow. Can YW produce AI-generated films and campaigns?
Yes. YW produces AI films together with Brave, our global brand. Generative AI is used for visuals, motion and copy across brand films and social campaigns. The idea and creative direction come from the team; AI speeds up production.
What is Brave?
Brave is the global brand of the same company. YouthWorks (YW) is our brand in Türkiye; Brave is the brand we use for work outside Türkiye. The two work together on AI film and visual production. Learn more at studiobrave.ai.
