We’re a creative agency acting in data-driven marketing manner with an additional field of expertise in youth and rejuvenation. We provide service to many substantial clients operating in various fields ranging from FMCG and retail, and from technology to finance.

We think that creativity must go beyond the agencies in today’s marketing world. This is why our operating system is built on “COLLABORATION”. The “X” on our logo stands for this philosophy. Therefore, we engage various occupational groups such as artists, chefs and engineers in many creative projects of us.



As soon as he graduated from university, he founded his own company and started his career as an entrepreneur. 47 million youn people living in Turkey, the agency “Youth Republic” he founded has created a new market. Maintaining his position as the leader of the agency for ten years, Mr. Gurcu made it to the list of “40 Managers Aged Under 40” of Fortune magazine, showing the young entrepreneur leaders and managers, for five years in a row. Serving for many brands engaging in various industries such as Vodafone, P&G, Unilever, Ulker, Finansbank, Eti, Tchibo, Boyner, Intel, Under Armour, Red Bull and Mondalez during his professional career, Mr. Gurcu left Youth Republic and founded the new-generation creative agency “YouthWorks” in December 2015 where he currently holds office as the Founder & Agency President.


Completing the “Business Management” program at the University of Worcester, and “International Business Strategies” program at the London School of Economics (LSE), started her professional career in advertising industry at Leo Burnett Istanbul in 2004, and served as the Account Director for such global brands as P&G, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, General Motors and Diageo for 5 years. She paved the way for introduction of the US-based company “ in Turkey to gain “start-up” experience where she served as marketing director and member of the executive committee for 3 years. Then she started to work at Youth Republic as the Vice President to gain “Integrated Marketing Agency” experience for 5 years where she played a leading role in management of the teams of 100-150 persons. She has both generated solutions to the business problems of many local and global brands such as  P&G, Unilever, Coca Cola, Intel, Tchibo, Ulker, Arcelik, Finansbank, Boyner, Eti, Under Armour, Redbull and Playstation, and positioned all these brands closer to the young up until now. She blazed the train in foundation of YouthWorks in 2016. She currently serves for both local and global brands as the Founding Partner and Vice President at the agency.


He completed his master’s degree in “Strategic Marketing and Brand Management” at Bahcesehir University in 2015. Starting his advertising and marketing career in the projects with brand ambassadors in 2006 when he still continued his undergraduate education, he maintained his career at Youth Republic. He promoted to Account Group Manager position from Jr.Account Executive position. He has been serving as Digital & Client Services Director at YouthWorks since 2016. Leaving 12 years behind in advertising industry, he managed all processes from development of strategies based on expertise in target audience to realization of online & offline projects for both global and local brands such as Intel, Arcelik, Grundig, Grundig Ruhun Doysun, Eti Popkek, Eti Alaska Frigo, Yildiz Holding, Café Crown, Ulker Metro, Ulker Cokonat, Ulker Laviva, Eczacibasi Okey, Nike, Sony and Burn. Having a close interest in football and debate as hobby, Mr. Olguner was selected as the best debater in the national debate tournament he attended when he was a student, and was crowned with the title of “top scorer” in the first advertisers football league held in 2014.


He graduated from the department of Advertising and Public Relations at Anadolu University. He served as copywriter at Grey Worldwide, Alametifarika and TBWA Istanbul, respectively. He lastly held the office of Creative Group Head at Concept. Receiving awards at many national and international creative competitions especially Cannes and Kristal Elma, Oguzhan Atliman developed many rip-roaring campaigns for various global and local brands such as Turkish Airlines, IKEA, Bridgestone, Pinar, Garanti, McDonald’s, Turk Telekom and Vestel.  Besides his career in advertising industry, he continues singing and composing jingles.
